(C++) What are the differences between the CLX and the VCL library?

VCL:

Used by C++ Builder only
Has more Components then the CLX
Only works on the Windows platform

CLX:

Used by C++ Builder and Kylix
Has less Components then the VCL
Works on the Windows and Linux platform

There are also some smaller differences. For example, using the CLX you can change the color of a TButton.
