= C++ Builder =

Commercial [[C]] and [[Cplusplus | C and C++]] programming environment developed by Borland for Windows. It has the same look-and-feel as Delphi and Kylix. C++ Builder uses the VCL and CLX libraries.¶

The successor of C++ Builder was supposed to be [[CppBuilderX | C++ BuilderX]], but the later has been abandoned.
