This is a very good compiler that is a PC port of the GNU compiler. It has extensive graphics libraries, as well as having the advantage of compiling programs to 32-bit  ?protected mode. It optionally comes with an IDE, a graphics library, and the source code for the compiler. It can be optained at http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/
