Gordon Moore
Gordon is famous for his Moore Law of computing power doubling every year in the form of the number of circuits in a computer or an IC design. The graph and article denoting this trend was published in 1965.
Gordon left Fairchild in 1968 to assist in forming Intel.

Who is Gordon Moore =
Gordon Moore got his start at Shockley Semiconductor Labatory. He with 7 others left the company to form Farichild to pursue making a silicon transistor which Shockley had turned down pursuing and instead was pursuing making a four layered diode.Gordon is famous for his Moore Law of computing power doubling every year in the form of the number of circuits in a computer or an IC design.
