Hypercard
What is Hypercard?
Hypercard is a hypertext like multimedia application programming environment/language. Hyprecard was orginally named Widlcard and created by Bill Atkinson.

First release was in 1987 free for all Macs according to licensing terms that Bill Atkinson granted to Apple. Typically they looked like text and multimedia filled cards:
