JAPTemplate
==== JAP TEMPLATE ==== (Joint Application Projects )
In order for all project to be standardized, I urge new projects to follow this template.
[DATE OF CREATION]
[VERSION INFO]
[LINK TO PAGE CONTAINING ALL PARTICIPANTS TO JAP]
The Participants Page contains all the names of the willing programmers.
[LINK TO PROJECT SPECS]
The Project Specs, would be a new page containing the approved wish list ideas or comments. All JAP participants would have to follow theses guidelines.
[LINK TO PROJECT WISH LIST]
The Project Wish List would be a new page where alll new ideas or comments would be posted. Each new entry would then be evaluated by votes (List of Participants names). Once a Wish List Idea is accepted, it would then be included in the Project Specs Page.
[LINK TO PROJECT CODE]
The Project Code would contain all code being submitted. Each New Code page would have to refer to a specific item in the Project Specs List.

This Template can be improved since it will never be perfect.
