What is Motorola?
Motorol first started as the Galvin Manufacturing Company in 1928. With the development of radios for automobiles in 1940s under the brand name of Motorola changed its corporate name to Motorola in 1947.



In 1950s under Galvin's leadership entered the Semiconductor market with its first semiconductor manaufacturing facility. Components manufactured in this facility became ingredients in both consumer and government/military/space products.
