PROM
PROM



This is programmable ROM, which is programmed after it is manufactured but the program cannot then be changed. It is sometimes referred to as OTP or one time programmable ROM. A PROM consists of an address decoder a line for each memory location and a set output data lines, Where they cross there may be a link between the memory line and the data output line.
