Enhancing programs

QBasic allows for more commands and structured code to enhance your programs over previous Basic languages. VGA support, SUB and FUNCTION modules, and a way to include ASM (Assembly) language through CALL ABSOLUTE.
With the addition of these "upgrades," programs can be more colorful, and can include newer devices that may have not been planned for at the time of Basic's creation. Devices like the mouse as opposed to the ?lightpen or joystick.
