The Rules for RDF are:
1. A Resource is anything that can have an URL.
2. A Property is an entity that has title or name and can be used as a proerty.
3. A Statement consists of a combination of resource and properties and value.
4. A straight forward method for expressign these as abstract properties in XML.

What is RDF?
RDF is a Resource Description Framework. In case of all Semantic Web Frameworks, a Framework is seen as an application to store, manipulate, and use meta data. The underlying format in this casse being XML.The Rules for RDF are:
1. A Resource is anything that can have an URL.
2. A Property is an entity that has title or name and can be used as a proerty.
3. A Statement consists of a combination of resource and properties and value.
4. A straight forward method for expressign these as abstract properties in XML.
