Visual Basic

Visual Basic is Microsoft's version of BASIC for Windows. Visual Basic has an a visual editing interface, and given the compiler settings, resulting executables can be reasonably small. Yet, to run Visual Basic programs you need to have the  ?Visual Basic Runtime Libraries installed.
