Interpreted
An interpreted language, as opposed to a compiled language is one that is not translated into machine code. Instead, a program called an interpreter must be written to understand the code and tell the processor what to do.A hybrid concept, in-between compiled languages and interpreted languages, is called Byte-Code. Another in-between is ?P-Code.
