Module
Module can have two significations:
in source-code: it´s a file, containing source code. Actual compilers can link several modules in one executable.
in executables: it´s a file, containing executable compiled code. Programs can have a single module, or have several modules, which need to be present in order to the program run fully functional. Example: EXE files, DLL files...
