talk:HowToEditFAQ
This page is to discuss "HowToEditFAQ". You can ask questions or make comments.
What is a talkpage?
As wasteful and possibly inefficient to navigate as a page per question seems, I think it should be the much preferred method. Mainly it's a logistics problem. An edit to a section will be unrelated to most posts defeating the notification system (and the apparent freshness of the FAQ entry, which may be relevant). The FAQ entries will be marked as existing even if they refer to non-existent anchors. And of course, it's preferable to put large answers on their own page. Of course, after a while a FAQ should become fairly stable and most of these won't be issues as much... So I'm somwhat conflicted on this one. Ideas, opinions?

I think it depends on the actual questions and answers. On occasion, they are related and should remain together. In that case, a section header as a link to the page and each item being a link to an anchor on that page makes more sense. On the other hand, those that should be seperate should be done without the header link and anchors.

It's up to the people that make the edit to add the entries and I just hope that people do it this way. Unless, of course, someone comes up with a better idea...
